Delicious Mutton Curry

Mutton is a magnificently rich meat that can deal with loads of bean stew and zest so this is ideal for curry. Take a look at the flavorful formula.

Elements:

◊ Mutton pieces – half of kg
◊ Turmeric powder – 1/four tsp
◊ Pink chili powder – 1/2 tsp

◊ Fresh curry leaves
◊ Salt to flavor

Technique:
◊ Smooth and wash mutton portions.
◊ Drain water thoroughly.
◊ Marinate with turmeric powder, salt, purple chili powder, ginger garlic paste, hot spices powder and  yogurt.
◊ Mix well and permit to marinate for 30 mins minimum.
