Mutton is a magnificently rich meat that can deal with loads of bean stew and zest so this is the ideal for it. Mutton- 1000 gm
Coriander seeds powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder- ½ tea spoon
Turmeric powder- ½ tea spoon
Onion- 2 pieces (chopped)
Tomato paste – 1 cup
Red chili- 2 pieces
Fine julienne ginger- 1 tea spoon
Red chili powder- 1 table spoon
Crushed green chilies- 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder- ½ tea spoon
White Oil (any)- 2 tea spoon
Hot water- 2 Cups
Salt- 1/2 tea spoon
Ginger Chopped- 2 tea spoon
Garlic Chopped- 1 tea spoon
Vicinity a pan on fuel flame. Positioned oil on it and warmth. Add the mutton first and mixed nicely on excessive flame for two mins to sear the juices of lamb. After mixed take out mutton and hold in a separate bowl. Positioned onion chopped into the pan and fry until onions flip soft and translucent. Meanwhile add sweet paprika and fry 2 sec. To prepare hot spicy(Garam masala) powder for this curry mixed and blend well all the ingredients ( green cardamom powder 1/4 tea spoon & 1/4 tea spoon cinnamon powder & 1/4 tea spoon nutmeg powder and also clove powder 1/4 tea spoon). Now hot spicy (Garam Masala) powder is ready to be used.
All the spices prepare dinner for 4 minutes or till oil begins to break free the spices. Now add mutton and blend all of the spices with mutton.
Then add 1 cup hot water and protected the pan with a lid. Now cook dinner the mutton for forty-five minutes or until the mutton becomes gentle and soft. While mutton cooked well then upload salt and flip off the gasoline. Garnish with crimson chili and fine julienne ginger.
